Salon Policies
Card On File is REQUIRED For Booking
Cancellation's
Cancellations within a 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the service price. Clients with a false card or insufficient funds on the card on file will be barred from booking until cancellation fees have been fully paid.
No-Show's
Not showing up to an appointment will result in 100% of the service price. Clients with a false card or insufficient funds on the card on file will be barred from booking until no-show fees have been fully paid.
Retail
Retail items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless there is an error in manufacturing or the product is faulty.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates cannot be returned or exchanged for other items or services. Please note Gift Certificates do not include Taxes or Tips.
Packages
Packages are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for other items or services.
